Basic concepts used in the Policy<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-91c9156 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"91c9156\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data by means of computer technology;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Blocking of personal data is a temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except when processing is necessary to clarify personal data);<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Website - a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as database programs that ensure their availability on the Internet at network addresses <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/glamu.com.ua\/<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"> (and <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\">all subdomains).<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Personal data information system means a set of personal data contained in databases and ensuring their processing with the help of information technologies and technical means;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Depersonalization of personal data - actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine the ownership of personal data to a specific user or other personal data subject without the use of additional information;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Processing of personal data means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Operator means a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual that, independently or jointly with other persons, organizes and\/or processes personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Personal data - any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific or identifiable User of the Website<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\">at https:\/\/glamu.com.ua\/;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>User - any visitor to the website<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\">that <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/glamu.com.ua\/<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\">;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Dissemination of personal data means any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited number of persons with personal data, including disclosure of personal data in the media, posting in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Cross-border transfer of personal data is the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign government authority, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Destruction of personal data means any actions as a result of which personal data is irrevocably destroyed with the impossibility of further restoring the content of personal data in the personal data information system and\/or as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ff9cca elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5ff9cca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.
