Use the ampoules after cleansing in the morning or evening. Shake the ampoule gently, wrap the neck with a tissue, or insert it into the plastic ampoule opener provided in the package. With a sharp movement, break off the top of the ampoule along the lower colored ring. One ampoule is intended for one application. Apply half the contents of the ampoule to the face, neck and décolleté. «Drive» the ampoule concentrate into the skin. Apply the other half of the ampoule in the same way. Wait a little. When the concentrate is absorbed, be sure to apply the cream.
Delivery & Payment
Orders are shipped the same day they are received.
Delivery is carried out via Nova Poshta. Upon prior agreement, delivery through other postal services is also possible. The delivery cost is paid by the buyer.
For orders over 1500 UAH, delivery is free of charge.

- Courier home delivery (according to Nova Poshta’s rates)*
*Courier (door-to-door) delivery is available to the customer’s address via Nova Poshta’s courier service.
This service is paid separately by the buyer according to the carrier’s tariffs.

- Cash on delivery (payment upon receiving the parcel — no prepayment required)

When paying by cash on delivery, the postal service charges an additional handling fee.
Exchange & Returns
Product exchange is carried out in accordance with Ukrainian law within 14 days. An item can be exchanged if:
- It retains its original appearance
- The original packaging is preserved
- The receipt or invoice confirming the purchase from us is available
- There are no foreign odors
- The item has not been used
- No more than 14 days have passed since delivery
You can return an item if:
- The received product does not match the order
- There is a manufacturing defect
- The product was damaged during delivery
