Exchange & Returns

Product exchange is carried out in accordance with Ukrainian law within 14 days. An item can be exchanged if:

  • It retains its original appearance
  • The original packaging is preserved
  • The receipt or invoice confirming the purchase from us is available
  • There are no foreign odors
  • The item has not been used
  • No more than 14 days have passed since delivery

You can return an item if:

  • The received product does not match the order
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The product was damaged during delivery
